High Quality Covers
Thank you all for your bug reports! The issue with "High Quality" images not loading has been partly resolved. Most of the time, they load successfully. You can download the latest Test Build here: CoverLoad 2.4.5 (826)
iTunes Search API
Currently, searches for "Movies" and "Short Films" return empty results, while searches for "TV Shows" return incomplete results. This may be due to the content having moved from iTunes to Apple TV. This is an API issue that is beyond my control. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do to resolve it.
I'm not sure about Apple's future plans for the iTunes Search API, which was last updated in 2017. I can't guarantee that a new version of CoverLoad will include all the (undocumented) changes Apple may or may not implement in the future.
If there are any other updates I'll post them on this page. A regular release will be made available once it’s ready.

You can also try using one of Ben Dodson's artwork finders:
