The issue with "High Quality" images not loading has been partly resolved. Most of the time, they load successfully. You can download the latest Test Build here: Download CoverLoad 2.4.5 (825)
Currently, searches for "Movies" and "Short Films" return empty results, while searches for "TV Shows" return incomplete results. This may be due to the content having moved from iTunes to Apple TV.
I'm uncertain about Apple's future plans for the iTunes Search API, which was last updated in 2017. I can't guarantee that a new version of CoverLoad will include all the (undocumented) changes Apple may or may not implement in the future.
